Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health and well being. Regular practice improves your breathing and outlook on life.
Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance for other physical activities. After a workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching and strengthening.
Yoga not only improves your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. Take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity.
Some resources I can provide to support my client's yoga journey are pictures of them in poses to review and then improve the individual posture and placement. I also offer customized lessons that are ever-evolving and adapting to your personal growth.
Balance training involves doing exercises that strengthen the muscles that help keep you upright, including your legs and core. These kinds of activities can improve stability and help prevent falls. Balance training is suitable for people of any age and fitness level. Isolating individual muscles and focusing on your specific needs. Core stabilization and overall strengthening of the pelvic floor will help reduce your risk of incontinence and improve bladder control. Freedom of movement is for all ages, whether you are already dealing with some tough issues or looking for preventative exercise. Yoga will help you learn to trust your body.
Together, we will work with a disciplined method for attaining your goal; use techniques of controlling the body and the mind to improve your well-being. Vicki is a Certified Yoga Teacher. She is also certified as a Personal Trainer and a Stretching and Flexibility Coach. Vicki recently added a certification as a Stick Mobility Coach. This diverse education allows her to tailor sessions to meet clients' needs. Vicki is also a Certified Wellness Coach for Women.
It has been my pleasure to practice yoga with Vicki for the past three years. I have learned a great deal, increased my flexibility and balance, and gained confidence in my body’s ability to do things I wasn’t at all certain it could do.
I have found Vicki to be dedicated to making each individualized lesson a productive and pleasant experience. I appreciate her creative, professional approach to working around a previously injured, and sometimes temperamental, knee and the capabilities of my 72-year-old body.

I’ve been taking private yoga infused movement classes designed by Vicki for three years following cancer surgery on my leg. I was very fit before surgery, and after it, I was impatient and frustrated with myself. Vicki supported my recovery with positive encouragement and workouts that helped rebuild my confidence. The work we did together was a high spot in the weeks and months following the operation. Vicki creates individualized lessons for each client with their specific needs in mind. I’ve enjoyed yoga classes with Vicki since 2017 and can’t imagine my life without her and yoga in it.
I had a serious knee injury coupled with a propensity for ligament issues and each week, Vicki comes to class with great ideas for stretching and strengthening.
She pulls from a vast tool belt of ideas to modify my session if I have a set-back or if something is bothering me that particular week.
